As we all know that this year is ending and New Year is coming. We had many plans for this year. Most of them were fulfilled and many more were to be achieved. And on this coming event of the new year, we all make a fresh list of our resolutions which we will focus on.
New year resolutions may vary from person to person according to their daily work profile. Like if you are a student, working professional, or housewife, you will plan coming year resolutions accordingly.
What is New Year Resolution?
A New Year’s resolution is a promise by a person with himself for the coming year. It may be a commitment to achieve a particular goal, change bad habits like quitting smoking & drinking or late wake-up practice, eating junk foods, etc.
Here we are suggesting a few resolutions that may suit you.
Most people are struggling with depression and anxiety because of the non-completion of their multiple goals. For that set one specific achievable goal first and then go for the second one. Discuss with your family and friends whom you trust and tell them to help you to keep motivated.

We do most of the work virtually like online study, office projects, friends group meetings. Which makes us introverted and weak physically and mentally too. So, make planning for the coming new year to come back to the physical world rather than a virtual state.

We are leaving in a busy and hectic environment due to our study, office work, or having responsibilities. So, we need a break to relax.
As per research, humans are psychologically attached to nature. they feel pleasure in the lap of a green environment, near mountains and on the beaches. This situation decreases negative emotions like anger, depression, anxiety, etc.
So, whenever possible come close to your garden area or take a leave for vacation and spend time with nature.
After reading the above points you might be wonder that I didn’t include a resolution about higher career growth. Because in my view if you follow these points then you will definitely get professional growth.
